Gracing us again with her penwomanship. For the past eleven years, Jordi Barnes has been a writer and performer for The 3rd Floor sketch comedy troupe. Her work has been published on McSweeney's and she co-writes the blog Princess Pony Party Amazing. She is currently trying to write a little each day to add up to a book in the future. She thinks that writing for Soap St. is so much fun!

Eric Schniewind- Writer, Actor

After a great first Season he's with us again. Eric is kind of the new kid on the block so all of his previous credits hail from San Francisco...wait a minute....that means no one will know any of the local groups he worked with...he could write anything....am I typing out loud?...okay truth is he has written many sketches and shtuff for a host of groups including Killing My Lobster, The Management, The Associates, Iron Workers Local 202, Fogtown Network, and The Thundering Herd. He also has some acting credits and a cat.

 Sean McGrath- Writer

Sean McGrath is an actor, filmmaker and writer who has worked with Oregon Ballet Theater, Live Wire Radio, and Travel Portland as of late. He's been in such movies as the independent WW II pic Everyman's War, and about five seconds of Twilight.  Check him out in the new iphone interactive movie "Bank Run" or see some of his short film work at CinemaSyndicate.com. Sean is honored to be back with Soap Street, this time as a writer. He enjoys late afternoon rides on his terminally ill pony, Buttermilk.

Ralph Huntley- Musician

He's back! Pianist and composer Ralph Huntley has been performing in Portland, OR for 20 years, 2 months, 3 days, 15 hours and 45 minutes as of this writing.  He has recently written music and/or performed for DoJump Theater, Cinema Syndicate, Powell’s Books, Super Project Lab, Brainwaves, and Live Wire Radio, for which he is the music director and one of the writers.  He is co-founder of the group Klezmocracy, and believes in death after life.

Dustin Rush- Actor

A returning veteran to the Soap St. stage: After 7 years of studying acting with Ivana Chubbuck and Laurel Smith, 2 years of studying improv with Second City, and 2 years of studying theatrical clowning and bouffon with Sue Morrison, he's putting stage and screen work ahead of the classroom. He just finished editing his first improv-based short film, "Marco Polo", that he co-wrote and co-directed. Lately, he's been spotted clowning at Someday Lounge, Scratch PDX and Portland's city streets. He loves playing roles that go against his type, like when he played a knockout Betty in "Cloud 9" and a cerebral palsy-ed Estragon in "Waiting for Godot."

Ayanna Berkshire- Actor

Ayanna Berkshire aka “Portland’s Ethnic Girl Next Door” Returns to the stage in Soap Street Theater’s 2nd season after (Ahem) years working on film and television projects.
She dreams of the days when she dreamt of belonging to a traveling circus. Though Soap Street is no band of Vagabond Gypsies, it’s pretty damned close.
Ayanna’s on screen credits include 2010’s Extraordinary Measures, Twilight, Wendy and Lucy and TNT’s ‘Leverage’ season 2 “The Three Days of the Hunter Job”.

Haley Talbot- Actor

Haley had a career dancing professional ballet before she began taking acting classes from Laurel Smith at the Actor's Ave Studio. She has also worked with LA Casting Director Ed Johnston, and Paul Warner's Intensive Workshops as well as with local talent Jana Lee Hamblin at the Act Now Studio.  Haley has performed in plays such as Twelfth Night, The Lover and The Waiting Room. She is currently dancing again with Bodyvox and working at Indent Studios, a Portland based film studio. She has the honor of being Soap St. Theater's first guest star when she rocked the Soap Commercial in the final episode. And, remember the "dance off"?  She choreographed that shit!!  Soap St. is thrilled to have her as a main player in Season 2!

A descendant of Scandinavian royalty, Scott has worked as a cowboy,an astronaut, and a psychic friend. He is a cast member of the Brody Theater, and preforms improv with Theatresports.
